Announcements Request Form

Fill out this form to request an announcement to be communicated at Adventist Fellowship. Request should be submitted by Wednesday 10AM in order to have time to properly communicate the announcement the following weekend.

Announcements will be prioritized as to which will be platform announcements. All announcements will be included in rolling announcements, lobby screen, website calendar, and text reminders.
